Professionally customized high-precision heavy duty nanomaterial air filter with a filtration accuracy of 99.9%@3μm, effectively protecting the main machine and bearings. The lubricating oil filter has an accuracy of 99.9% @10μm, providing clean lubricating oil to the compressor main unit. The high-efficiency oil division system has a tangential intake and a baffle. Under centrifugal force, gravity, and impact, most of the oil droplets have been separated. After being polymerized and filtration of the oil division core, the oil content of the exhaust gas is less than 3ppm.
Main Feature
Cooling system designed based on ambienttemperature of 46'C.lt uses special coolantfor screw compressors to provide good lubricationand cooling services for the compressor. The fanblades of the cooling fan are optimized to maketheir efficiency less noise while the noise remainsunchanged.A reasonable flow field design in thechassis provides good cooling to the electrical andmotor parts, and maintains appropriate temperaturesin the chassis. The upper exhaust air design makesit convenient for users to install exhaust ducts.
Direct connection driver is simple and reliable
The main unit adopts direct coupling drive, no geargrowth rate, 1:1 true direct connection, the highesttransmission efficiency, and simple and reliable.There is a rigid fixed connection between the motorand the host, which permanently saves the centeringof the shaft, reducing vibration and noise. The motorand the main unit float on the foundation throughelastic shock absorbers, reducing the conduction ofnoise and vibration.The motor adopts a well-knownbrand of high-efficiency motor to further improve theefficiency of the whole machine.

In September 2018, we got the screw air compressor project of a local government in Turkey. We sent 4 Jinhui engineers to help the Turkish government install the air compressor unit.
In September 2019, a large air compressor distributor from Germany came to Jinhui screw air company and signed a 2-year supply and marketing contract.
